Family Meal Plan
– Week 287
Monday
- Main Dish: Mexican Chicken and Rice Bake – One pan meals are my FAVORITE! Easy prep and little cleanup!
- Side Dish:
- Crock Pot Refried Beans – These are creamy, delicious and I think even better than a restaurants!
- Mexican Roasted Vegetables – A delicious wholesome side dish that is so quick to make.
Tuesday
- Main Dish: Sheet Pan Sausage and Veggies – The butter sauce is a *chef’s kiss* and my kids love it.
- Side Dish:
- Garlic Bread – This will forever be my favorite garlic bread recipe.
- Kale Salad – You probably THINK you don’t like kale, but trust me when I say you need to make this because it will change your mind!
Wednesday
- Main Dish: Baked Turkey Tenderloin – When you have those busy nights, this is perfect because it’s a feel good meal that’s healthy and delicious.
- Side Dish:
- Jiffy Corn Casserole – The best corn casserole!
- Baked Macaroni and Cheese – Just like Grandma made it, but even easier and quicker to make as a side dish.
Thursday
- Main Dish: Philly Cheesesteak Sliders – It’s no surprise these sliders were our 2nd most popular recipe last year….they are a family favorite!
- Side Dish:
- Baked Potato Wedges – Wedge fries are the perfect side for philly cheesesteak sliders.
- Oven-Roasted Green Beans – This is such an easy side dish and only takes 5 minutes.
Friday
- Main Dish: Chicken Pizzaiola – This is as flavorful as pizza, but it’s packed with protein and it’s another one pan meal for you this week!
- Side Dish:
- Sauteed Spinach – I do have an obsession with spinach, but the combination of flavors in this are amazing!
- Pesto Cheese Bread – This pesto cheese bread is perfect to soak up the tomato sauce.
- Dessert – Chocolate Marshmallow Cookies – These are a cookie lovers dream!
Appetizer
- Fresh Tomato Feta Dip – Easiest. Recipe. Ever. Just 5 simple ingredients and a little mix!
