Monday
- Main Dish: Garlic Butter Meatballs – Meatballs are always a win in my house because of how easy and delicious they are. If you’re a garlic lover, you have to try these ground turkey meatballs!
- Side Dish:
- Lemon Rice – This rice is so flavorful and the perfect compliment to the meatballs.
- Brown Butter Broccoli – Our favorite way to eat broccoli.
- Zoodles – For a lighter side, try zoodles!
Tuesday
- Main Dish: Crockpot Creamy Garlic Chicken Bites – This is a recipe you’ll love because it’s full of flavor, easy and you can make enough to use it for Thursday’s dinner, too!
- Side Dish:
- Garlic Bread – Forever my favorite garlic bread recipe!
- Creamy Pesto Tortellini – Serve this as a quick side dish or add the chicken right on top and mix together for a heartier meal.
Wednesday
- Main Dish: Slow Cooker Tomato Soup – In as little as 10 minutes you’ll have everything in your crockpot and can set it and forget it.
- Side Dish:
- Pesto Cheese Bread – Ooey gooey cheesy bread that is so easy to make!
- Brisket Grilled Cheese – This hearty grilled cheese is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
- Topping Ideas – Croutons, Parmesan Cheese, Cheddar Cheese, Fresh basil
Thursday
- Main Dish: Stuffed Baked Potatoes – Baked potatoes are so underrated, but they’re perfect when you have leftovers! Using your leftover garlic chicken bites from Tuesday, serve it right on top of a fluffy baked potato. It’s so filling and delicious!
- Side Dish:
- House Salad – You’ll feel like you’re at a fancy steakhouse with this salad.
- Rotini Pasta Salad – You can easily make these ahead of time. It keeps well in the fridge!
Friday
- Main Dish: BBQ Ranch Chicken Salad – After a week full of busy schedules, a big hearty salad is just what everyone needs.
- Side Dish:
- Chips and Salsa – These can easily be served as a side, but sometimes I use the chips as a topping and also add pico for another big burst of flavor.
- Fruit Salad – Keep it light with this simple side dish.
- Dessert – Chocolate No Bake Cookies – These cookies have the perfect about chocolately goodness. Try putting them in the fridge so that they’re just a little chilled. So good!
Appetizer
- Greek Layer Dip – This is a crowd favorite! I have to seriously hold myself back because it’s hard for me to not eat the entire dish.
