Family Meal Plan
Week 284

Monday
- Main Dish: Tuscan Garlic Chicken – With just 7 ingredients and one dish, you will have a flavor explosion at your dinner table!
- Side Dish:
- Mashed Potatoes – These garlic parmesan mashed potatoes are perfect with the tuscan chicken. Just serve your chicken right on top.
- Oven Roasted Green Beans – Nothing is more classic than a green bean side dish.
Tuesday
- Main Dish: Cream of Mushroom Pork Chops – You can have this on the table in 20 minutes!
- Side Dish:
- Steakhouse Wedge Salad – This salad comes together quickly. I suggest also making this Bleu Cheese Dressing.
- Pesto Caesar Tortellini Salad – My daughter loves this!
Wednesday
- Main Dish: Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadilla – When you need dinner on the table FAST (and who doesn’t?!) these will hit the spot.
- Side Dish:
- Mexican Street Corn Casserole – This is the tastiest side and only takes about 5 minutes to make!
- Guacamole – It doesn’t get any easier than this.
- Pico de Gallo – Fresh, quick and delish!
- Sour Cream
Thursday
- Main Dish: Mozzarella Stuffed Chicken Parm Meatloaf Muffins – Meatloaf and chicken parm are ALWAYS a favorite, so why not combine?
- Side Dish:
- Baked Macaroni & Cheese – The recipe my grandma used….need I say more?
- Garlic Roasted Veggies – These are the BEST way to make vegetables!
Friday
- Main Dish: Cheeseburger Pasta – 30 minutes and one skillet gives you the most creamy and delicious dinner.
- Side Dish:
- Tomato Basil Mozzarella Salad – A salad that is full of flavor, yet so simple make.
- Easy Dinner Rolls – Pasta and fresh rolls are a match made in heaven.
- Dessert – Churro Cheesecake Bars – I love these little treats!
Appetizer
- Green Chile Dip – You will have a happy crowd with this delicious Green Chile Dip!
