Family Meal Plan
– Week 283
*If you make a recipe this week and love it, please consider leaving a rating and comment on the recipe post. It helps to support my blog and makes my day!*
Monday
- Main Dish: Chicken Cobbler – This recipe became viral after a TikTok post and then last year it went crazy after The Today shared it! Isn’t that nuts? You have to make it this week!
- Side Dish:
- Baked Asparagus – This can be popped into the oven at the same time as the casserole. Making you look like a chef when they both come out at the same time!
- Side Salad – Lighten up your meal by topping your favorite salad greens with tomatoes, carrots, onions, and a drizzle of homemade buttermilk ranch.
Tuesday
- Main Dish: Seasoned Ground Chicken – Double up this flavorful recipe and freeze the extra. It’s a staple I always have on hand because of how versatile it is.
- Side Dish:
- Rice – Keep dinner extra simple by just topping your rice with your ground chicken.
- Southwest Corn – Sweet corn kernels are sautéed with veggies, seasonings, and finished with a fresh squeeze of lime. You will love it!
Wednesday
- Main Dish: Chicken Noodle Casserole – The creamy texture of this chicken noodle casserole is out of this world and comes together super easily.
- Side Dish:
- Mile-High Biscuits – Biscuits are a must for me when eating chicken noodle casserole.
- Kid-Proof Broccoli – The name says it all!
Thursday
- Main Dish: The BEST Beef Chili – Made in the slow cooker, this is the ultimate dump and go recipe. *save leftovers for Friday’s dinner*
- Side Dish:
- Buttermilk Cornbread – A classic when paired with your chili.
- Chips – Tortilla or corn chips are great to scoop up bites of chunky beef chili, or you can crumble it on top!
Friday
- Main Dish: Chili Stuffed Baked Potatoes – With your leftovers from yesterday, you can top delicious, fluffy baked potatoes.
- Side Dish:
- Brisket Grilled Cheese – So hearty and comforting.
- Green Salad – Drizzle balsamic vinaigrette over a mixture of lettuce, red onions, tomatoes, and cucumbers.
- Dessert – Wyoming Cookies – Crispy on the edges with a deliciously chewy center – *chef’s kiss*
Appetizer
- Black Bean and Corn Salsa – This is the perfect snacking appetizer! Serve with chips, crackers or alongside leftover chicken, tacos etc.
