Family Meal Plan – 281
Monday
- Main Dish: Crockpot Spaghetti Meat Sauce – Sometimes Mondays are hard, so let’s soften it up with my delicious set it and forget it spaghetti sauce. Pro-tip: Make extra and freeze it for a later date! *and save some for leftovers on Wednesday*
- Side Dish:
- Best Ever Garlic Bread – Did you even have spaghetti if you didn’t have garlic bread with it?
- Side salad with Italian Dressing – This tastes even better than the Italian dressing you get at a certain popular Italian restaurant.
Tuesday
- Main Dish: Lemon Pepper Chicken Tenders – These are packed with so much flavor and take just 15 minutes to get onto the table which is exactly why they’ve become a household favorite!
- Side Dish:
- Smashed Potatoes – This is the perfect side to balance out the lemon flavor. You’re going to love the little crunchy potato bites.
- Sautéed Garlic Mushrooms – Even mushroom haters won’t turn their nose up to these and it’s because of the garlic butter!
Wednesday
- Main Dish: Stuffed Peppers – Fill the peppers with the leftover meat mixture, spoon the sauce, and bake with cheese until golden brown and bubbly.
- Side Dish:
- Fam Fave Parmesan Broccoli – The only way to make broccoli. If you know, you know!
- Tomato Basil Mozzarella Salad – This is basically caprese, but in salad form. This is loaded with delicious sweet and savory flavors.
Thursday
- Main Dish: Southwest Burgers – These burgers are so good they’ll leave your whole dinner table speechless! *note – this recipe makes 8, so if you have extra either eat them for lunch the next day or you can even toss them into the freezer*.
- Side Dish:
- Cilantro Lime Pasta Salad – I think we’re all ready for Fall, but I’m trying to squeeze out the last minutes of summer. This salad is always a favorite of ours when it’s warm out.
- Oven Baked Wedge Fries – These perfectly crispy, oven baked fries are great with your burgers. If you like dips try my fry sauce and ranch dressing.
Friday
- Main Dish: Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta – Pasta is covered in a garlic-parmesan sauce and then topped with golden-crispy chicken. Sounds like the perfect Friday night meal to me!
- Side Dish:
- Arugula Pear Salad – Sliced pears, pomegranate seeds, gorgonzola cheese, and a red wine vinaigrette make this salad look impressive, but really it only takes a few minutes to throw together.
- Pesto Roasted Vegetables – These simple baked veggies turn out perfect every time, but make sure you read my method!
- Dessert – Soft and Thick Sugar Cookies – I LOVE cookies and these sugar cookies hit the spot every.single.time.
Appetizer
- Green Chile Cheddar Dip – This is a great hearty dip when paired with your favorite veggies or crackers.
