Family Meal Plan
Meal Plan – Week 274

Monday
- Main Dish: Chicken Veggie Stir Fry – I could eat this sauce on everything because it’s THAT good. You will love that this dish is packed with veggies and super easy to whip up. *Make extra for lunches this week*
- Side Dish:
- Asian Cucumber Salad – The ginger soy sauce dressing is well worth it!
- Sauce Drizzle – We love to add a little yum yum sauce or spicy mayo.
- Rice – I know it sounds obvious, but you never know! Use white rice, brown rice or cauliflower rice for something healthier.
Tuesday
- Main Dish: Southwest Burger – I can’t even put into words how delicious these burgers are, but they’re a summer staple and you need to make them!
- Side Dish:
- Cilantro Lime Pasta Salad – The cilantro and lime are the perfect flavors to complement your burgers.
- Oven Roasted Green Beans – A fast, flavorful side is always a win.
Wednesday
- Main Dish: Cheeseburger Pasta – 30 minutes, one skillet, creamy and delicious goodness are all just a few of my favorite things,
- Side Dish:
- The Best Roasted Veggies – This is definitely one of the easiest, most well liked side dishes that I make. The flavor of the herbs with roasted veggies brings out the best flavor.
- Easy Dinner Rolls – It would be a crime to not have something to soak up the leftover pasta sauce. These are buttery and sooo soft!
Thursday
- Main Dish: Cheesy Taco Skillet – All the flavors you love in tacos, made easy in just one dish. This is the ultimate busy weeknight recipe.
- Side Dish:
- Semi-Homemade Canned Black Beans – These are canned, but they do NOT taste like they are!
- Chips – Serve with a side of corn chips or right on top of a plate of them.
- Zucchini Chips or Kale Chips – It isn’t a corn chip but if you’re looking for low carb, you still get a great crunch with these.
- Mexican Street Corn Casserole – This is a reader favorite!
Friday
- Main Dish: Italian Grinder Sliders – Just 30 minutes for a family friendly Friday night meal.
- Side Dish:
- Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower – This lighter side dish of roasted cauliflower florets roast while you bake the sliders.
- Veggies and Dip – An assortment of veggies like carrot sticks, celery, tomatoes, bell pepper and pair it with homemade ranch, blue cheese, or creamy Italian dressing for dipping.
- Dessert – Strawberry Crumble Bars – This is perfect as is, but add a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream and you’ve created the most amazing summer treat!
Appetizer
- Asian Zing Wings – I can not quit with the different flavors of buffalo wings!
