Meal Plan – Week 273
*If you make a recipe this week and love it, please consider leaving a rating and comment on the recipe post. It helps to support my blog and makes my day!*
Monday
- Main Dish: Cheeseburger Stuffed Meatloaf – This isn’t your grandma’s meatloaf. All you need is 10 minutes of prep to get this going for dinner and the whole family will enjoy it!
- Side Dish:
- Corn on the Cob – This is my favorite way to make corn! Once your meatloaf starts to bake, start your corn and they will finish at the perfect time.
- Grandma’s Baked Mac – Now THIS is grandma’s recipe in the best way possible. Easy, cheesy and a must have with your meatloaf.
Tuesday
- Main Dish: Rotisserie Chicken Salad – This chicken salad can be thrown together quickly and you can have it for dinner tonight and for lunch tomorrow. It’s even good if you need a quick snack!
- Side Dish:
- Classic Tomato Cucumber – A fresh deli style salad really complements this creamy chicken salad.
- Potato Wedges – If you plan on serving your chicken salad sandwich style, potato wedges will make your dinner an easy win for any family!
Wednesday
- Main Dish: Crockpot Spaghetti Meat Sauce – Dump and go recipes are the best in the middle of a busy week! I like to double this recipe and freeze half for an easy dinner another night. Work smarter not harder!
- Side Dish:
- Side salad with Italian Dressing – Restaurant quality dressing that is simple to make? Yes, please!
- Garlic Cheese Bread – Nothing more delicious than some cheesy bread.
Thursday
- Main Dish: Teriyaki Chicken Bites – In just 15 minutes you will have the perfect combo of sweet and tangy in bite size portions.
- Side Dish:
- Sautéed Spinach – The sticky and saucy chicken is just calling for this dish. They go great together!
- Rice or Grains – I prefer my teriyaki chicken on top of white sticky rice, but you can also use brown rice, or quinoa. Use whatever your family likes to soak up the sweet sauce.
Friday
- Main Dish: Cowboy Chicken – If you want a one dish meal, try this! You will not be disappointed.
- Side Dish:
- Green Beans – Veggies your family will love in just 5 minutes is just what you need!
- Mexican Cauliflower Rice – Keep your dinner light with this rice. You’ll hardly even know it’s “healthy” because of how delicious and flavorful it is.
- Dessert – Red Velvet Cookies – Cake mix cookies only need a few ingredients, and they taste like they’re from a bakery!
Appetizer
- Slow Cooker Garlic Parmesan Wings – These are great to bring to a potluck, but the delicious cheesy. garlic sauce might make you not want to share!
