Meal Plan – Week 272
*If you make a recipe this week and love it, please consider leaving a rating and comment on the recipe post. It helps to support my blog and makes my day!*
Monday
- Main Dish: Buffalo Chicken Flatbread – It doesn’t get much easier than this! 20 minutes and dinner is served.
- Side Dish:
- Broccoli Cauliflower Salad – Light, healthy, and loaded with perfect flavors and textures. The crunch is the best part.
- Salad with Homemade Ranch – This homemade dressing is life changing. Takes 5 minutes and I suggest making extra because you can keep it in the fridge for a week. It’s THE BEST!
Tuesday
- Main Dish: Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs – These have so much flavor! It is such a simple recipe, but it really gets the job done.
- Side Dish:
- Rice – White or brown
- Sriracha Slaw – If you like bowls, make your rice, add this slaw and then top it with the honey garlic chicken. So good!
- Roasted Green Beans – Can’t go wrong with a classic.
Wednesday
- Main Dish: Garlic Herb Butter Steak – I love that steak takes just 15 minutes from start to finish! You can use my method with any cut of steak. *Make extra for leftovers tomorrow*
- Side Dish:
- Perfect Roasted Vegetables – These go great with everything. *make extra because they’ll be great for tomorrows meal!*
- Garlic Smashed Potatoes – I love the crunchy little pieces of skin when the potatoes are cooked this way.
Thursday
- Main Dish: Steak Fried Rice – Using your leftovers from yesterday, this will be easy peasy.
- Side Dish:
- Asian Cucumber Salad with Ginger Soy Dressing — This crispy cucumber salad really hits the spot.
- Veggies – Use up your leftover veggies from yesterday or even your green beans if you have any left from Tuesday.
- Spicy Asian Mayo – I love this as a topping.
Friday
- Main Dish: Baked Bean Burritos – With just a few ingredients you probably already have on hand, you can have this in the oven in 10 minutes!
- Side Dish:
- Chips and salsa – Pick one of your favorites.
- Homemade salsa
- Corn salsa
- Mango Avocado Salsa (a family favorite!)
- Pineapple Salsa
- Mexican Street Corn Casserole – We LOVE this side. It really feels like an extra special side dish.
- Chips and salsa – Pick one of your favorites.
- Dessert – Birthday Cake Cookies – You can even swap the sprinkles out for red, white and blue if you want a 4th of July treat!
Appetizer
- Slow Cooker Buffalo Wings – These are fall-apart tender, juicy, and smothered in a buttery buffalo sauce.
