Family Meal Plan
Meal Plan – Week 270

Monday
- Main Dish: Baked BBQ Chicken – 5 minutes of prep for tender, juicy chicken. Make a little extra for *leftovers* on Wednesday. It’ll taste like a whole new meal, promise!
- Side Dish:
- Creamy Southern Coleslaw – Coleslaw is a summer classic and it’s made for BBQ chicken.
- Homemade Buttermilk Cornbread – Serve this moist classic next to your BBQ chicken and you will not regret it.
Tuesday
- Main Dish: Pork Carnitas Street Tacos – Just 15 minutes for a Taco Tuesday meal that is super delicious and everyone will enjoy.
- Side Dish:
- Mango Salsa – Top your tacos with this amazing salsa that tastes like summer!
- Mexican Rice – You’ll taste this and think you’re basically a chef from a Mexican restaurant. I love that this comes together in ONE skillet!
- Mexican Roasted Vegetables – These are a great way to round out a balanced dinner.
Wednesday
- Main Dish: BBQ Chicken Flautas – Using your *leftovers* from Monday, shred up your chicken and make BBQ chicken flautas! Roll everything up into a tortilla along with some black beans, cheese and corn for a whole new meal that tastes like anything but leftovers!
- Side Dish:
- Broccoli Slaw – This is super quick to make as a side dish!
- Pico de Gallo and Chips
Thursday
- Main Dish: Turkey Club Sliders – These little sandwiches are full of so many flavors that go perfectly together!
- Side Dish:
- Cowboy Baked Beans – These beans are HEARTY and an amazing weeknight side dish because of how easy it is.
- Fruit Salad – Keep it light and use whatever fruit you have on hand. Top it with the dressing that I include – it really takes the fruit to another level of YUM.
Friday
- Main Dish: Meatball Pasta Bake – Just 7 ingredients for the perfect family meal on a Friday!
- Side Dish:
- Garlic Bread – My families favorite!
- Italian House Salad – I always have to have a salad when I make a big pasta dinner.
- Dessert – Ice Cream Cinnamon Rolls – These beefed up refrigerated cinnamon rolls have been around for a while so if you missed them you better get to trying them!
Appetizer
- Caramelized Onion Dip – Make my crockpot onions and blend 2 cups of them with 16 oz sour cream. It’s the most delicious dip you have ever had! Serve the dip with potato chips, poolside.
