Family Meal Plan
MONDAY
- Main Dish: – Queso Chicken Bake– If your family LOVES queso as much as mine, this is going to be a smash hit!! Not only is the recipe so easy and so kid friendly, but it also packs in some good for you stuff along with all that cheesy goodness! I can’t wait to hear what you think of this new recipe!
- Side Dish:
- Cilantro lime rice– This easy rice is our go-to side… it tastes just like Chipotle!
- Black Beans– Try these black beans in the crock pot, or just make these canned beans taste great with this recipe!
TUESDAY
- Main Dish: Cheesy Lasagna Skillet– I often have friends and readers tell me this is one of their favorite recipes on my website! It is quick and easy and gives you all those great lasagna flavors with just a fraction of the effort!
- Side Dish:
- Pasta– Serve with your favorite pasta or pasta alternative!
- Roasted Asparagus– A quick and easy side for a quick and easy dinner.
WEDNESDAY
- Main Dish: Mesquite Chicken Bake– Just 6 ingredients for this amazing dinner! Loaded with flavor but quick to make, this easy chicken dinner will hit it out of the park every time.
- Side Dish:
- Mashed Potatoes– This is our go to recipe and is so great for piling the saucy chicken right on top!
- Buttermilk Corn bread– We love this simple recipe! It turns out perfect every time!
THURSDAY
- Main Dish: One Pan Tuscan Pork Chops – There aren’t many pork chops that make me as excited as these! Invite your mom over because these are made to impress! (but of course, are still so easy to make!)
- Sides:
- Oven Roasted Green Beans– These have a few flavor options, but I use the simple garlic version to pair with the Tuscan Pork Chops.
- Italian Tortellini Salad– So, so yummy, and the perfect way to add a little pasta side dish.
FRIDAY
- Main dish: Baked Chicken Tenders – With perfectly seasoned breading, and made in the oven, these are amazingly delicious chicken tenders you can feel great about feeding your family.
- Side:
- Ranch Smashed Potatoes– All the french fry feel, but made in the oven!
- Dipping sauce- I love this honey mustard sauce or quick homemade ranch dressing!
- Broccoli Salad with Bacon– This is a great make-ahead salad perfect for snacking on all weekend
- Side:
- Dessert – Key Lime Cookies– These will have you dreaming about summer vacation, but not sad that you are stuck here eating cookies!!
APPETIZER
- Spinach Feta Dip– This chilled dip is perfect for a beautiful spring day! bonus- You can spread it on sandwiches, wraps, or veggies for a delicious light lunch!
