Family Meal Plan
MONDAY
- Main Dish: – Rotisserie Chicken Noodle Soup– Keep the holiday week light and easy by starting out with this chicken noodle soup made with rotisserie chicken. It is one of my all time favorite soups and just amazingly delicious with so little effort!
- Side Dish:
- Side salad with Homemade Balsamic Dressing– This dressing takes 5 minutes to make and takes the salad to a whole new level! You have to try it!
TUESDAY
- Main Dish: – Baked Panko Chicken with Honey Drizzle– I love this recipe because it is a grown up and healthier version of fried chicken. It is made simply with just a few pantry ingredients, but the flavors are just so good!
- Side Dish:
- Roasted Brussels Sprouts– This is the recipe that made my kids like brussels sprouts!
- Garlic Mashed Potatoes – These quick mashed potatoes make a great side dish for any meal.
WEDNESDAY
- Main Dish: Honey Glazed Ham– I love making the ham on Wednesday and reheating on Thursday for thanksgiving! Having the leftovers, along with the turkey makes the next week of cooking super easy!
- Side Dish:
- Roasted Vegetable Medley– This is one of my most popular side dish recipes! It is quick and so so delicious.
- Corn Casserole– This recipe is in my top 3 sides ever!
THURSDAY
- Main Dish: My Thanksgiving Menu– see the whole thing we use here!
- Sides:
- Baked Mac and Cheese – My #1 side dish always!! Check out the menu to see our other favorites!
FRIDAY
- Main dish: Ultra Creamy Turkey Rice Casserole– Use this recipe and replace shredded chicken with shredded turkey to use those leftovers up in a super yummy way! This casserole is mu go to after thanksgiving, and it is freezer friendly!!
- Side:
- Brown Butter Broccoli– If you haven’t tried this side yet, you are absolutely missing out on the BEST and easiest way to eat broccoli ever!
- Southern Squash Casserole– a holiday season favorite!
- Dessert – Apple Pie– this is the one time of year I make this pie and it is worth EVERY second of effort! It may be the best pie you will ever have!
APPETIZER
- Grape Jelly Meatballs– These are the ultimate party appetizer and always on the buffet table at holiday gatherings for us!
