Family Meal Plan
MONDAY
- Main Dish: Cream of Mushroom Pork Chops – These pork chops are a flavorful, easy, and nutritious meal that will not just feed your family, but they’re also a crowd pleaser! These will be ready in under 20 minutes!
- Side Dish:
- The BEST Mashed Potatoes – These mashed potatoes are easy enough that they often are our go-to for a side dish on a busy night.
- Simple Side Salad and Lemon Vinaigrette Dressing – Add some green to your meal with a simple side salad. This dressing is so light and refreshing. You can store the Lemon Vinaigrette Dressing in the fridge for up to a week, so make it ahead of time!
TUESDAY
- Main Dish: Chicken Burrito Skillet – Switch things up this Taco Tuesday with this meal that is filled with flavor and packed with rice, beans, meat, and toppings, they are equally delicious and filling. Have I mentioned yet it’s a skillet meal, so you only need one dish. Need I say more?!
- Side Dish:
- Mexican Roasted Veggies – These only take a few minutes and the flavor will blow you away.
- Salad with Jalapeño Ranch – This dressing is addicting! You can use it over a salad or even add a drizzle over your burrito or chips. It takes maybe 5 minutes to whip this up!
- Tortillas
WEDNESDAY
- Main Dish: Ham and Cheese Egg Muffins with Broccoli – We love these so much that I decided we needed them for dinner. The cheesy goodness will hopefully have everyone wanting seconds! If you have any leftover, they are great reheated for breakfast.
- Side Dish:
- Hashbrown Casserole – This is great for stretching out your dinner with something that goes perfectly together! This side is always a hit.
- Fruit Salad – You can’t go wrong with a fresh and simple fruit salad.
THURSDAY
- Main Dish: Crockpot Tuscan Chicken – This recipe has been one of the most popular on my website. Once you taste it you will see why! It is easy, super quick to just dump and go, full of veggies and just plain delicious. Save the extra for a meal on Friday!
- Side Dish:
- Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower – What I love about this is that in just a few minutes you’ll have a delicious side that leaves you with a well rounded, hearty meal. It’s so easy to make, warm and comforting, but the best part is that it’s healthy!
- Roasted Green Beans – All you need is a few ingredients to make these easy green beans. Perfect side dish if you’re hoping for a veggie!
FRIDAY
- Main dish: Tuscan Chicken Pasta – With your leftovers from Crockpot Tuscan Chicken on Thursday, you now have the start of a new meal. I like to prepare this quick alfredo sauce, stir it into my leftovers, and add whatever pasta I have on hand. Everyone will be licking their plates clean!
- Side Dish:
- The BEST Garlic Bread – This is a classic garlic bread, but I have a secret ingredient that you’ll find helps toasts it to perfection!
- Sautéed Spinach – If you’re wanting a healthy side to help round out your meal, this is it! You can serve it on the side or even mix it within your pasta dish.
- Dessert – Peanut Butter Cookies – These are the best chewy peanut butter cookies that are foolproof…try to convince me otherwise!
APPETIZER
- Spicy Pimento Cheese – You can make this as an appetizer to share, but you can also just keep some in your fridge so you can have it to snack on with veggies, crackers or tortilla chips. Yum!
