Family Meal Plan
MONDAY
- Main Dish: Chicken Alfredo– This is surprisingly easy to make and tastes 100% restaurant quality! Plus I love making a big meal at the beginning of the week so we can use leftovers as needed.
- Side Dish:
- Side Salad with Creamy Italian Dressing (you will feel like you are at Olive Garden with this yummy dressing!)
- Garlic Bread– If you haven’t tried it yet, you are missing out!
TUESDAY
- Main Dish: Asian Glazed Meatballs– These homemade meatballs are SO tasty and a great way to switch up the flavors from the norm. Serve them easy peasy over rice tonight and save the leftovers for a makeover on Friday!
- Side Dish:
- Jasmine Rice
- Garlic Green Beans
WEDNESDAY
- Main Dish: The BEST Greek Chicken Marinade– This marinade is so good! Our favorite way to use it is grilled, especially in the summer, but you could throw it in the oven, skillet or even the crockpot if you want!
- Side Dish:
THURSDAY
- Main Dish: Chicken Cobb Salad– Perfect for a quick and easy no-cook dinner that is still going to fill everybody up. You can use extra chicken (even the greek from yesterday would work) or grab a rotisserie chicken at the store.
- Side Dish:
- Herbed Crackers – Store bought or homemadeWatermelon
FRIDAY
- Main Dish: Asian Meatball Subs– This is an awesome family friendly FAST dinner AND a delicious (doesn’t taste like leftovers) meal
- Side Dish:
- Chips
- Dessert – Cookies & Cream Parfaits
