Ingredients
For the steak
2poundsflank steak
1/4cupolive oil
2tablespoonsred wine vinegar
2tablespoonssoy sauce
1tablespoonworcestershire sauce
1tablespoonhoney
3clovesgarlicminced
2tablespoonsminced fresh parsley
1teaspoonsalt
1teaspoonblack pepper
1tablespoondried thyme
For the sides
¾poundbaby creamer potatoescut into quarters or eighths
8ouncesgreen beans
4ouncessliced baby bella mushrooms
1tablespoonolive oil
1teaspoongarlic salt(or more to taste)
Instructions
For the steak
Preheat oven to 400˚F. Combine all ingredients in a gallon sized zip top bag, or large container. Mix.
Add flank steak and make sure that all sides of the flank steak are coated with the marinade. Chill while preparing the veggies.
For the sides
Cut potatoes into quarters or eighths, depending on the size of the potatoes. They should be very small bite-sized pieces.Spread the potatoes on ¼ of a large baking sheet.
Spread the green beans next to the potatoes, then top with the mushrooms.Drizzle all three with the olive oil and sprinkle with garlic salt.
Place the flank steak on the other half of the baking sheet.Cook sheet pan steak dinner as desired:- Rare: 10-12 minutes.- Medium-rare: 12-13 minutes-Medium: 14-15 minutes-Medium well: 16-17 minutes-Well done: 17-18 minutesCooking times are approximate and will depend on thickness of your steak. Let rest 5-10 minutes. Garnish with additional chopped parsley and cut steak into thin slices against the grain to serve.
