It doesn't get any easier than these slow cooker meatballs! Just 5 minutes prep and 5 ingredients for meatballs in a sticky-sweet sauce with a touch of heat. Great as appetizers or served over rice or asian noodles for a full meal.
Add the BBQ sauce, sweet chili sauce, and garlic to the slow cooker. Mix to combine.
Chop the onion into 1 inch pieces. Add the meatballs and onions to the crockpot. Stir them into the sauce.
Cook on high for 2-3 hours, or low for 3-4 hours. Serve as an appetizers, or pair with rice or asian style noodles for an entree.

Ingredient notes:Make sure to get SWEET chili sauce at the store, not other types of chili sauce or you can end up with something super spicy. The sweet chili sauce should not be overly spicy, but brands can differ in heat, so you may want to try it and adjust to less sweet chili sauce and more BBQ sauce if the brand is spicier.Optional garnish:
