Spread the pizza dough into a large thin rectangle about 12 inches long and 8-9 inches wide. Spread the olive oil from edge to edge over the dough. Sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
Cover the crust with mozzarella cheese, then sprinkle the parmesan over the mozzarella. Lay the pepperoni slices evenly over the cheese.
Start at one side and tightly roll the crust up into a log. Press the edges of the dough together to seal the log. Then use a serrated knife to cut it into twelve 1 inch slices.
Lay each roll flat on a baking sheet with about 2 inches in between each one. Bake for 18-22 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and the centers are cooked through.
