Ingredients
For the sliders
12Hawaiian rolls
8ouncessliced turkey
4ouncesbaconcooked to crispy (4-6 slices)
6slicesColby jack cheese(about 6 ounces)
2tablespoonsmayonnaise
2cupsshredded curly lettuce
3Roma tomatoescut into 12 slices
¼red onionsliced
For the glaze
2tablespoonsbuttermelted
½teaspoongarlic powder
¼teaspoonsalt
2tablespoonsparmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350˚F.
Make the glaze by mixing together the melted butter, garlic powder, salt and parmesan cheese.
Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottoms of the rolls in a baking dish.
Spread the mayonnaise over the bottoms of the rolls. Lay cheese slices on top. Add the slices turkey and bacon on top of the cheese. Place the tops back onto the rolls.
Brush the garlic parmesan glaze over the rolls. Cover with foil and bake 15-20 minutes or until the slider sandwiches are heated through and the cheese is melted.
Remove from oven and remove the tops from the rolls. Add tomato, onion, and lettuce then place the tops back on and enjoy!
Notes
Substitutions:
Hawaiian rolls: Feel free to sub with your favorite brioche or dinner rolls.
Turkey: Sliced deli chicken also works well.
Colby jack cheese: Provolone, cheddar, or Swiss are also delicious.
Bacon: Turkey bacon works if you prefer.
How to Store: Separate into meal-sized portions and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. How to Scale: This recipe can easily be doubled if you are feeding a crowd or halved for smaller portions.
