Ingredients
1cuplong grain white rice
10ouncecan beef broth
10ouncecan condensed French onion soup1 can
½cupbuttercut into 20 pats
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350˚F.
Add the rice, beef broth, and French onion soup to a 2 quart (medium) baking dish. Place pats of butter evenly over the top.
Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes. Remove the foil and continue to bake for an additional 30 minutes.
Once done, stir the rice to distribute the flavor and serve warm.
