Ingredients
2lbsground beef
1green bell pepper diced
1sweet yellow onion diced
1.5teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoonsalt
1/2teaspoonground pepper
1/2teaspoononion powder
4ouncescream cheese softened
24slider rolls
6ouncesprovolone cheese thinly sliced
For the Topping:
4tablespoonsbuttermelted
1teaspoongarlic salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef, onion, and bell pepper and cook, breaking apart the meat with a spatula for 8-10 minutes or until it is cooked through. Drain the meat well.
Stir in the garlic powder, salt, pepper, and onion powder. Then mix in the cream cheese until combined.
Cut the slider rolls in half horizontally and lay the bottom sections in a 9x13 baking dish. Spread the beef mixture evenly over the rolls. Top with provolone cheese slices, and then arrange the tops of the rolls on to fit.
Mix the melted butter and garlic salt together. Cut between the sandwich rolls and then brush the butter mixture over the top.
