Ingredients
¾cupsalted buttersoftened
½cupcreamy peanut butter
1¼cupbrown sugarpacked
½cupgranulated sugar
3eggs
2teaspoonsvanilla
2¼cupsall purpose flour
½teaspoonbaking powder
1teaspoonsalt
1cuppeanut butter chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350˚F.
In a large bowl, cream the butter, peanut butter, and both sugars until light and fluffy.
Add eggs and vanilla and mix to combine.
Stir in the flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix until combined. Then fold in the peanut butter chips.
Line a 9x13 inch pan with parchment paper. Spread the blondies into the pan evenly.
Bake for 25-28 minutes or until blondies are set. Let cool for 10 minutes, then lift them from the pan and cut into 24 squares.
