Ingredients
For the Turkey Burger patties
1.5poundsground turkey
¼cupseasoned bread crumbs
¼cupfinely diced onion
¼cupchopped fresh parsley
1egg
1teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoonsalt
½teaspoonground black pepper
1tablespoonolive oil
Instructions
To make the ground turkey patties
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients for the patties except the olive oil. Use your hands to work the meat just until everything is evenly distributed. Avoid overworking the meat mixture.
Divide the meat into 6 even sections and roll each into a ball then flatten into a patty.
Add olive oil to a large skillet and heat over medium high heat. Once hot, place the slider patties in the skillet and cook about 2-4 minutes per side. Patty should be 165˚F internal temp when cooked.Optional: If desired add cheese to the top of the turkey slider patty in the last minute of cooking to melt the cheese.Cook in batches until all turkey burger patties are cooked.
