Ingredients
1poundground chicken
½cupchopped onion
1cupchili sauceor ketchup
2tablespoonsbrown sugar
1teaspoonyellow mustard
½teaspoonsalt
½teaspoonground black pepper
½teaspoongarlic powder
4hamburger buns
Instructions
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground chicken and onion. Cook breaking up the chicken as you stir until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
Add the chili sauce, brown sugar, yellow mustard, salt, pepper, and garlic powder and stir to combine. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Optional: Toast each hamburger bun.
Pile the ground chicken sloppy joes onto each bun and serve immediately.
