Ingredients
½cupsalted butter
⅓cupgrated parmesan cheeseplus more for garnish
2tablespoonschopped fresh parsley
4clovesgarlicpressed
Instructions
Whisk together the butter, parmesan cheese, parsley, and garlic.
Toss pre-cooked wings with the sauce.
Lay the wings on a baking sheet and cook in the oven at 425˚ on the top rack for 10-15 minutes. Then, brush with additional sauce from the bowl you mixed the wings in and garnish with additional parmesan if desired.
Notes
Alternate method:To use this sauce with fully cooked wings, or as a dipping sauce:
Melt butter in a sauce pan over medium low heat.
Once the butter starts to foam, add the garlic in. Cook 1-2 minutes, or until garlic starts to soften.
Remove from heat and allow to cool for 5-10 minutes. Then stir in the parmesan cheese.
Toss fully cooked wings with the sauce or use as a dipping sauce.
