Ingredients
2lbsbonelessskinless chicken breasts, cooked and cubed or shredded
1cupcelerychopped
3green onions
1golden delicious applediced
1/3cupgolden raisins
1/2cupalmond slivers
3/4cupmayonnaise
1tspcurry powder
1/4tspsalt
1/4tsppepper
Instructions
Combine the mayonnaise with the curry powder, salt and pepper and mix well.
In a large bowl, combine the chicken, celery, green onions, apple, raisins, and almonds. Pour the dressing over top and stir until evenly coated.
