The easiest chicken recipe ever also happens to be the tastiest! This versatile, easy, 3-ingredient recipe is so simple to make and can be served over rice, in tacos, on salads, and in so many other ways.
Season chicken with taco seasoning, then pour the salsa over the chicken.
Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 3-3½ hours, or until chicken is cooked through.
Once done, shred the chicken and mix back into the juices in the crockpot.
