This Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Dip is a party favorite! A mouthwateringly creamy, cheesy chicken dip with just the right amount of spice. And it takes just 10 minutes to prep! Enjoy with chips or crackers, fresh veggies, as a sandwich, or just gobble it down it with a spoon...it really is that good!
Place the chicken breast in the slow cooker. Sprinkle ranch seasoning over the chicken the drizzle buffalo sauce over the top.
Cook on low for 4 hours or high for 3 hours.Once done, shred the chicken with forks. Chicken should be tender and shred easily.
Mix in the cream cheese, sour cream, and 1 cup of the cheddar cheese. Stir until evenly combined.If your cream cheese isn't soft, add it to the crockpot, cover and let it soften for about 5 minutes before adding the other ingredients and mixing. It will combine better when softened.
Top dip with the remaining cheddar cheese, cover and cook on low for 10 minutes to melt the cheese. Then garnish with green onions and serve warm.Dip can be kept in crockpot on "warm" setting or transferred to a serving dish.
