Ingredients
3cupschicken breast shredded (I used rotisserie chicken)
1 1/2cupcelery chopped
1/2cupgreen onionschopped
1/4sweet yellow onion finely diced
1/2cupmayonnaise
1/4cupFranks Hot SauceBuffalo style
1ounceRanch Seasoning Mix(1 packet or 2 tablespoons)
1/2cupblue cheese crumblesoptional
Instructions
Combine the mayonnaise, buffalo sauce, and ranch seasoning.
In a large bowl, add the chicken, celery, green onions, and yellow onions. Mix to combine, then pour the mayo mixture over it and stir until evenly coated.
Let set in the fridge for 10-20 minutes for flavors to meld, and top the chicken salad with blue cheese before serving.

Substitutions:
Chicken: Swap in cooked shredded turkey for the chicken. Great for holiday leftovers!
Frank's Hot Sauce: Another store-bought buffalo-style sauce will work.
Mayo: Miracle Whip or Greek yogurt will also work.
