Ingredients
5lbschicken thighsbone in (about 8 chicken thighs)
Pat chicken thighs dry with a paper towel. Rub the chicken thighs all over with olive oil, then coat them in the ranch seasoning. Optional: Rub the seasoning under the skin as well as on top for extra ranch flavor throughout the chicken.
Arrange them onto the baking sheet skin side up and bake for 35-45 minutes or until the internal temperature reads 165˚F and the edges start to get golden brown.Optional: Turn the oven to broil for the last 3-5 minutes to get an extra crispy skin. Make sure to watch them carefully if you use broil, because they will cook quickly.
Let rest 5 minutes, then serve warm!
