Make peanut butter sandwiches by putting a small dollop of peanut butter on a cracker and pressing a second cracker on top.
Melt the almond bark by placing it in a microwave safe dish and microwaving in 30 second increments, stirring in between until melted and smooth.
Roll out a large piece of parchment paper or wax paper. Use a fork to submerge each sandwich cookie in the chocolate then lift it out and tap to shake off any excess chocolate. Transfer the cookies to the parchment.
Cookies can be left plain or decorated/garnished with your choice of sprinkles, white chocolate, or flakey salt. Make sure to add the garnish
