These soft, tender fluffy dinner rolls have no yeast, and can be made in less than 30 minutes! Bursting with buttery flavor they are the perfect compliment to dinner.
In a large bowl, combine the yogurt and melted butter until smooth.
Add the flour, baking soda, salt and sugar to the mixture and stir until just combined. Avoid over mixing. The dough should pull away from the edges but still be slightly sticky.
Divide the dough into 6 equal parts. Flour your hands then roll each into a ball and place it on a baking sheet.
Bake for 15-18 minutes or until cooked through.
Brush the tops with Challenge Spreadable Butter with Canola Oil and serve warm, with more butter for spreading on the rolls.
