2beefsteak tomatoesor heirloom tomatoes
8ouncescherry tomatoesI like to get assorted colors
15-20basil leaves
4ouncesburrata cheese
1/4teaspoonflakey salt
1tablespoonolive oil
1teaspoonbalsamic glazeoptional
Instructions
Cut the large tomatoes into 1-1.5 inch chunks. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Roll the basil leaves together and thinly slice the basil.
Assemble the salad by mixing all of the tomatoes together and spreading them over a large plate or small platter. Break the burrata open and tear into bite sized pieces and drop them over the top of the tomatoes. Sprinkle the basil on then drizzle with olive oil, balsamic glaze, then sprinkle with flakey salt.
