Ingredients
For the meatballs
1 ½poundsground pork
1/4cupfinely diced onion
1/3cuppanko bread crumbs
1large egg
3clovesgarlicpressed
2teaspoonsminced ginger
1/2teaspoonsalt
1tablespoonsesame oil
For the sauce
¼cupbutter
½cuphoney
¼cupSriracha
2tablespoonssoy sauce
1tablespoonfresh lime juice
Garnish (optional)

Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine all sauce ingredients and whisk until the butter incorporates into the mixture. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, onion, bread crumbs, egg, garlic, ginger, and salt. Use your hands to work the mixture until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.Form the pork into 1.5 inch meatballs.
Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the meatballs to the skillet and cook 1-2 minutes per side to brown.
Pour the sauce mixture over the meatballs and allow them to simmer for about 8-10 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through (160˚F internal temp) and the sauce has thickened. Sauce will continue to thicken and become sticky as it cools.
