Ingredients
For the House Salad
5ouncesspring mix
4ouncesgrape tomatoes
1cup pepperoncini peppers
1/2red onionthinly sliced
1/2cupshaved parmesan cheese
Italian Dressing
3tablespoonsolive oil
1tablespoonred wine vinegar
1teaspoondijon mustard
1clovegarlicpressed
1teaspoongranulated sugar
1/2teaspoondried oregano
1/2teaspoondried basil
1/4teaspoonsalt
1/4teaspoonpepper
Instructions
For the salad
Assemble each salad by placing 1 heaping cup of lettuce on a salad plate.
Top with 1/4 of each ingredient: tomato, peppers, onion, and parmesan.
Top with dressing as desired.
For the house Italian dressing
Combine all ingredients and whisk rapidly to emulsify (combine ingredients.)
