Ingredients
2teaspoonsfresh lemon juice
1garlic clovepressed
1/4teaspoonsalt
3/4cupbuttermilkdivided
½cupsour cream
¼cupmayonnaise
¼teaspoonpepper
½teaspoondried dill
¼cupfinely chopped fresh chives
Instructions
In the bottom of a medium bowl, combine the freshly pressed garlic clove, salt, and lemon juice.
Add 1/2 cup buttermilk, mayonnaise, sour cream, pepper, dill, and chives. Whisk together until combined. Add the remaining 1/4 buttermilk until the dressing reaches the desired consistency.
Chill for 20 minutes, then serve.
