Ingredients
3cupscooked chickenshredded or diced
12ouncesfrozen green beans
10.5ouncescream of chicken soup(1 can)
10.5ouncescream of mushroom soup(1 can)
1/2cupsour cream
1/2cupmilk
salt and pepperto taste
12ozsharp cheddar cheese
16ouncesfrozen tatertots(about half a bag)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400˚F.
In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, green beans, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, milk, salt and pepper, and one cup of cheese.
Transfer mixture to a 2 quart casserole dish. Top with the remaining cheese, then layer the top with tatertots.
Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until the edges are bubbling and the casserole is hot throughout.
Notes
Tater tots and green beans can be added to the casserole frozen. If you have time to thaw them, the casserole will take less time to cook in the oven.
