Ingredients
2poundslean ground beef
1onionfinely diced
1/2cupmilk
1cupItalian seasoned breadcrumbs
2large eggs
1tablespoonWorcestershire sauce
2teaspoonsalt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350˚F.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Use your hands to work the mixture until it is evenly combined. Form the meat mixture into 2 inch balls. You should be able to make 24 meatballs.
Heat a large, oven-safe, skillet over medium heat. Once hot, place the meatballs in the pan and sear about 1 minute, then turn to sear each side.
Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through (165˚F internal temp).
Notes
Makes about 24 2 inch meatballs.
