1canlarge biscuits(8 count refrigerated)
3largeeggsscrambled
1/2cupshredded cheddar cheese
4sausage links or strips of bacon sliced into bite sized pieces
Split each biscuit so that it is half the thickness.
Lay the 16 biscuit halves out and add a spoonful of eggs, a sprinkle of cheese and a couple of pieces of sausage or bacon on each one.
Carefully pull up the sides of the biscuit and pinch them together to close the seams and create a round biscuit breakfast bomb.
Place each breakfast bomb, seam side down, in an 8x8 casserole dish.
Bake for 20 minutes. Remove, brush with the Challenge Everything Snack Spread, and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes or until the breakfast bombs are cooked through and golden brown.
